Dr. Alan Roelfs, retired University of Minnesota Plant Pathologist and Kim Wheeler, Natural Resrouce Educator will talk about how a large, native sand
prairie, savanna and woodland has been retored and managed at Crex
Meadows Wildlife and Education Visitors Center in Grantsburg, WI. It's a lovely site which includes many of the natives that are found in the sand barrens of Wisconsin. Restoration began over
10 years ago.
